It's been a long time.....

Well, its been a long time since I last posted, but I will be blogging regularly from now on. I've been spending all my spare time making felty things for my stall for the Supercrop, which took place on Sunday. Here's my stall. I didn't take the photo until about half way through, so a few things had sold at this stage. It was the first fair I had participated in and I was a bit worried that it could be very embarrasing for me with nothing being sold. Anyhow I did sell a good few things and got lots of great feedback and comments, so I was really pleased. I'm going to showcase my work a bit more. I'm in the process of setting up an Etsy shop, so this should be up and running in a couple of days. You can find it here;

Here are closer-up images of some of the items. These big flowers are some of my favourite things. I've made them in loads of different colours. Whenever I wear mine on my jacket, its often commented on.

I decided I should make use of the "Bind it All" that I've had for ages, which is still in the box and has never been used. So no better occasion than our first wedding anniversary. I've made DH a mini album instead of a card. It's only a few pages;-

An online buddy and talented crafter Petra Madill is in desperate need of major brain surgery to remove a tumour. The safest treatment is available in Germany at a cost of c€20,000, the HSE will not fund this surgery.
